Assumption of Risk I understand that my participation in activities at Nene’s Playhouse, including but not limited to lifestyle parties, carries inherent risks of personal injury, illness, accidents, diseases, and even death. I voluntarily choose to participate, assuming full responsibility for any and all risks involved.
Release of Liability I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Nene’s Playhouse, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise from any injury, illness, accident, disease, death, or any other damage I may suffer as a result of my participation in any event at Nene’s Playhouse. This includes, but is not limited to, physical harm, emotional distress, or property damage.
Personal Responsibility for Liabilities I understand that I will be held personally responsible for any damages or liabilities caused by my actions during events at Nene’s Playhouse. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, injury to others, or violation of any laws or regulations.
Indemnity Clause I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nene’s Playhouse, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, or actions, including attorney fees, arising out of my conduct or participation in any event hosted by Nene’s Playhouse.
Understanding and Agreement I acknowledge that I have read this waiver in its entirety, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. I understand that by signing this waiver, I am giving up my legal rights to sue or make claims against Nene’s Playhouse for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, diseases, death, or other liabilities that may occur as a result of my participation in its events.
